Shipping Policy

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for shipment.

Shipping time
United States: 5–10 business days
Shipping is carried out by UPS.

All delivery times are exclusive of possible customs delays. During peak periods suchas  Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas and New Year, delivery may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in the event of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order on the tracking page of our website. To do so, click on “Track Order” in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

My tracking number does not work
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If tracking still does not show any information after several days, please contact our customer service team.
